Coping with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis can be an extremely challenging and isolating journey. That is why the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation created Take Steps, a walk experience with events in cities across the country.

Take Steps brings communities together in a fun, family-friendly and supportive atmosphere that lets patients know they’re not alone. The Foundation’s largest fundraising campaign, Take Steps helps to accelerate the progress of breakthrough research and supports critical patient programs.
